 OWNERS' DUPLEX
The duplex comfortably sleeps up to six people. Prices start at $500/night.

HIGH SEASON

Generally April - June, September - Dec but ask, some weeks are off weeks and we are generous with discounts 1-2 weeks ahead.

FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT
$400/night single; $425/night double, $25 for third guest

PARLOR APARTMENT
$425/night single; $450/night double, $30 for third guest

BOTH APARTMENTS
$825/night

ADD THE FOURTH FLOOR
Starts at $500/night, $50 per person after three guests— Add 3 bedrooms and one bath and a simple cooking space to your mix. Please inquire, it’s quite specific!

OWNERS' DUPLEX
$800/night for three guests, $50 for each additional guest

The duplex comfortably sleeps up to six people. Prices start at $800/night.

PRICES INCLUDE:

All taxes and fees ~ Coffee and Tea~ Cleaning 2 days per week ~ and wifi.

Inquire about last-minute discounts starting 1-3 weeks ahead of an open slot, ranging from 5 to 50% off, depending on the dates and the length of your stay.

We have a five-night minimum until 3 weeks ahead, unless there is only a shorter stay open. We are not able to offer reservations more than four months ahead.
